The development service
The development service is dedicated to elaborating new Village Center Patrimoine real estate programmes respecting local architectural constraints and environmental standards.
The development phase of the programme includes the project design from different points of view: technical, legal, financial and marketing.
Project management is the responsibility of the programme supervisor who establishes and manages these four aspects simultaneously.
The technical development begins with the building permit and continues until the residence building is delivered.
The legal and financial development, the foundation of the operation, is completed with our banking partners who provide us with the funds necessary for programme completion.
The commercial launch consists of developing the marketing of different programmes, by creating adapted marketing tools: packs, brochures, leaflets, sales books, discovery passports, posters, DVDs, etc
The marketing service
Village Center Patrimoine is also an integrated marketing centre distributing not only its own programmes but those of other real estate development companies.
We complete approximately 1300 sales per year in France and abroad concerning products covered by the Scellier advantage, the Bouvard amendment and accession getting onto the property ladder.
Working around the clock in the field, our marketing team includes almost a dozen managers in France and abroad motivating our partner networks and answering their specific needs.
Our team also offers partners training and guidance so that they can successfully market products and satisfy their clients.
Extranet Tools
Thanks to our extranet and our support team, each network can independently access stock in real time as well as access any information required for the sale of real estate programmes in progress (pack, contract, prices, plans…).
This browser also lets each partner follow up on their own sales from the time an option is set right up to the signature of the deeds.
